The context
TS CAR is an independent dealer in premium used cars, based in Esch-sur-Alzette since 2008. As a multi-brand dealer with no franchise tie to any single manufacturer, it selects its cars to exacting standards for customers from Luxembourg, the Greater Region and France.
In this trade, everything rests on trust and responsiveness. Buyers want to see the available cars quickly, browse the photos, check the specifications and ask their question without waiting.
The client was keen to keep its original logo. The website therefore had to be built around this existing brand identity, with its signature orange colour.
Our approach
We designed a bespoke website, easy to read on mobile and desktop alike, with one simple goal: help buyers find the right car, then get in touch with TS CAR.
The catalogue offers a free-text search and filters by make, fuel, gearbox, body type, price and year. It can be sorted by newest, price, year or mileage. Each vehicle page brings together a photo gallery, detailed specifications and the list of equipment.
From the vehicle page, buyers can request a test drive on the date of their choice. They can also work out an indicative monthly payment, then request a finance offer.
The services page sets out the services on offer: warranty, registration, roadworthiness testing, part-exchange and consignment sales, and new vehicles through partners. The contact page brings together the contact details and a map to find the garage.
TS CAR already had a website with its stock online. We migrated its catalogue: 26 vehicles and 318 photos. The old URLs now 301-redirect to the new pages, so the search rankings already earned are not lost.
On the technical SEO side, the vehicles and the garage are described with structured data, so that search engines understand what is for sale, and where. A sitemap and an llms.txt file, intended for AI tools, complete the set-up.
A back office to manage the stock in-house
The bespoke back office lets TS CAR update its website itself. Vehicles are added and edited there. A vehicle's status switches from available to reserved or sold in one click. A sold vehicle leaves the catalogue, but its page remains accessible.
Several photos can be uploaded at once, the main photo chosen and the gallery reordered by drag and drop. A special offer is shown with the old price struck through.
Incoming messages also land in the back office: contact, test drive and finance requests. Each one has a status and internal notes, so it is always clear where each conversation stands. Finally, TS CAR manages its services, the homepage banner, the FAQ and its pages.
Delivery
A professional showcase worthy of the stock, which makes it easier to turn a visit into an enquiry. And a back office that lets TS CAR run its website on its own, day to day.
