Branding and visual identity for SMEs in Luxembourg

Your logo, colours and images speak for you before the first meeting. We build a clear brand with you, one that shows up everywhere: on your website, on social media and in print.

In short: Transform IT designs the visual identity of SMEs in Luxembourg: logo, brand guidelines, printed materials, photography and video. We work with businesses that are just starting out as well as those whose image has become dated. You have a single point of contact, from the first brief to the final files.

Logo and identity

Logo and visual identity design

A logo on its own is not enough. A brand is recognised by the whole picture: the symbol, the colours, the typefaces and the way they are used. We design that foundation with you, starting from what you do, your story and your values.

A logo made for you

A logo designed for your business, not taken from a template. It stays readable everywhere, from a business card to a shop sign.

Colours and typefaces

A palette and fonts chosen to work together and to last, on screen as well as on paper.

Every variation

Full colour, monochrome, light or dark backgrounds, social media formats: each use has its own ready-to-use version.

Brand guidelines

Brand guidelines to stay consistent over time

Brand guidelines are the user manual for your brand. Your team and your suppliers refer to them, and your image stays the same from one medium to the next.

How to use the logo

Where to place it and which version to use for each medium: documents, website, social media or signage.

Colour codes and fonts

Your colour codes for screen and print, and the fonts for headings and body text.

What not to do

A stretched logo, colours that are slightly off, the wrong font: the guidelines show the mistakes to avoid, so that no one drifts away from your image.

Communication materials

Brochures, business cards and printed materials

We then apply the identity to the documents you use every day, delivered print-ready.

Brochures and leaflets

To present your services in meetings, at trade fairs or by email, with a clear layout.

Flyers and business cards

What you hand out and your clients keep in their pocket: simple, readable and recognisable at a glance.

Press kits and signage

Press kit, signs or shop window: your brand stays the same, whatever the format.

Photo and video

Professional photography and video for your business

Generic photos weaken even a strong identity. We produce visuals that actually look like you.

Professional photography

Photo shoots of your team, premises and products, in partnership with Luxembourg-based photographers. Images that are yours, not stock photos seen everywhere.

Video and motion design

Presentation videos, motion design animations and short edits for social media.

Method

How we work, from brief to final files

Every project follows the same steps. The timeline depends on the project and your feedback: we agree on it together at the start.

1

Understanding your business

A first conversation about your business, your clients and your competitors. If you already have a logo, we look at what works and what needs to change.

2

Proposing creative directions

We present design directions, each one explained. You choose, then we refine it together based on your feedback.

3

Building the full identity

Final logo, colours, typefaces, variations and brand guidelines, checked on your real materials.

4

Delivering and rolling out

You receive the files and the guidelines. If you wish, we then apply the identity to your materials, your website and your social media.

Your brand, on your website and in your campaigns

An identity comes into its own when your clients see it everywhere. We carry it through to the design of your website and into your digital marketing work. For a real example, have a look at the CorExperts website and digital identity. This accounting firm has a new website, designed as a natural extension of its identity.

Frequently asked questions

Branding: your questions, our answers

Logo, visual identity, brand guidelines: what is the difference?

The logo is the symbol that represents you. The identity covers everything that makes you recognisable: logo, colours, typefaces, style of images. The brand guidelines explain how to use all of this, so everyone follows the same rules.

Can we redesign our logo without losing the recognition we have built?

Yes. We start by identifying what your clients already associate with your brand: a colour, a shape, a name. We keep those cues and modernise the rest. The change is visible, but your clients still recognise you.

What do I receive at the end of the project?

Your logo in all its versions (full colour, monochrome, light background, dark background, social media), in formats for screen and print, plus the brand guidelines. These are the files you then pass on to your printer or other suppliers.

How do I keep a consistent image across my website and social media?

By working from the same guidelines: colours, fonts and tone apply to the website, the posts and the documents. Since we also handle websites and digital marketing, the same team can look after all of it.

We are a small business: where should we start?

With the essentials: a logo with all its variations and simple brand guidelines, which then support everything else. Brochures, photos or videos can come later, depending on your needs and budget.
